So, we are fast approaching the mid-point of 2024, how time flies! Over the last 12 months, we have noticed a significant change in the way that organisations approach their resourcing, and as the talent market continues to evolve, at Monty Edge, we are always speaking with lawyers in the market that fall into one of the R categories;
