We represent a highly regarded law firm in London whose Commercial Litigation team operates at the top end of the London market. The team is currently looking to expand by adding an associate to advance its already exceptional practice.
  
The Team
  
The team advises a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to individuals across various sectors. The team is proficient in delivering effective resolutions for complex disputes regarding commercial contracts, trade finance, corporate transactions, and governance matters.
  
The Role
  
The role will see the candidate assisting a broad range of clients in High Court litigation, domestic and international arbitration. The role will focus on finance, banking, funds, private equity, joint-venture and shareholder disputes.
  
Key Requirements
  
The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 PQE in a highly regarded law firm. Ideally, you will have broad corporate/commercial litigation, however, our client will also be interested in those with financial services litigation, white-collar crime and civil fraud experience.
  
You will also have:

• superior drafting abilities;
• strong communication and negotiation skills;
• a passion for and ability to develop strong client relationships;
• to be a team player and also have the ability to work independently; and
• well-developed delegation and mentoring skills.
