Planning and Environment
 
The Sydney Planning and Environment team includes a number of partners that offer the full range of services within the disciplines of planning and environment. The team offers strong planning advisory expertise and a forward thinking approach to the emerging areas of planning and environmental law.

Position Description 

This is a growth role that will see you working closely with an experienced planning and environment partner. You will practice across a range of planning and environment matters including town planning and environmental law.

You will advise on complex developments, collaborating with clients and representing them in courts, including the Planning & Environment Court, Supreme Court, and High Court of Australia.
 
This is a great opportunity for a driven and talented planning and environment lawyer who wants to be part of a busy, collaborative and fun team. 
 
Requirements 

You will be a lawyer with 3-5 years experience in planning and environment law matters. 

In addition, you will:

• Have advanced drafting skills;
• Be a team player;
• Have the ability to build and foster strong client relationships;
• Be a practical problem solver;
• Be self motivated, calm and have highly developed organisational skills; and
• Be adaptable and flexible.
