Corporate M&A & ECM Team
  
The Corporate M&A team is recognised for its technical excellence and commercial acumen. It handles both public and private M&A transactions, private equity deals and ECM transactions across a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, technology, energy, and real assets.
  
The Role
  
This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile corporate and ECM matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and strategic advisory work. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering cutting-edge solutions for major clients.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on public and private M&A transactions and equity capital markets matters
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as SPAs and prospectuses
  • Managing due diligence processes and coordinating cross-border elements
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development efforts
  
Key Requirements:
  
  • 4–6 PQE, with a strong background in Corporate M&A and ECM
  • Excellent drafting and transaction management skills
  • Ability to manage complex workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • A commercially minded and proactive approach to client service
  • Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent)
  
Candidates MUST be qualified solicitors, ideally qualified in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
