Infrastructure/Projects Team

The Infrastructure practice at this top tier law firm is widely regarded as being one of the strongest practices in the country, with several Band 1 rated lawyers in the team.
  
The team advises on all legal and commercial aspects of projects work from front-end project structuring and the development of contractual structures through to supporting projects in their financing and delivery phases, advising on privatisations and the sale and purchase of interests in projects and assisting in the restructuring of projects.
  
The team works with government, private sector sponsors, debt and equity capital providers and contractors to structure and execute complex projects transactions.
 
Position Description

Given a substantial pipeline of infrastructure matters, this tier 1 infrastructure/projects practice is looking for a stand out infrastructure/projects lawyer to join their growing team in Sydney.

You will report to and be supervised by one of Australia's leading infrastructure practitioners who is known to be down to earth, focused on career development and a joy to work with! 
  
On offer is the opportunity to work on some of the largest matters infrastructure matters across the country and internationally.
  
Requirements

You will have between 1-3 years’ experience in front end infrastructure and projects law from a notable practice in Australia.
 
In addition, you will have:

• An ability to adapt to the working styles of different partners;
• A developing commercial awareness; and 
• A strong academic background.
