The Dispute Resolution & Litigation team is one of the friendliest teams in Australia. The team has an experience and depth of resources to provide a range of advice, litigation and dispute resolution services for a very broad spectrum of legal issues. They have an enviable client list across the government and corporate sector.
Position Description
Due to growth, the Sydney office of this national firm is looking to hire a commercial litigation senior associate to join their busy team.
This role will see you working closely with a well-regarded partner on a broad range of litigation matters including:
- defamation
- competition and consumer
- commissions and inquiries
- intellectual property
- regulatory
- general commercial litigation

Requirements
The successful candidate will have between 6-8 PAE from another reputable litigation practice.
In addition, you will:
- Have a strong academic background
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have an ability to develop and foster long term client relationships
- Have an ability to work in a team and autonomously
