Our client is seeking an experienced governance professional to join their team. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will provide high-quality governance advice and support to the Board and Committees, as well as various group entities.
Position Description On offer is the opportunity to join this leading company as a Senior Manager for up to 6 months on a contractual basis.
Your responsibilities will encompass a range of governance services, including offering guidance and support to companies, trusts, and committees across the organisation.
Requirements The successful applicant will have:
- tertiary qualifications in law, business or related field,
- minimum 6 years company secretarial experience,
- excellent understanding of corporate governance issues (both at policy and implementation level),
- experience in liaising and building effective relationships with non-executive directors, executives and other senior internal business partners and regulators.
