We represent a leading national law firm, known for their expertise in the construction, financial services, insurance and property sectors.
As an upshot of growth, the Sydney office is now looking to hire an experienced litigation lawyer to join their Commercial Litigation practice.
The Role
In this role, you will be working alongside a highly-respected partner, mainly focusing on property and leasing based disputes.
You will represent major corporate clients, including ASX listed companies, as well as government bodies and local councils.
Your responsibilities will include drafting legal correspondence and documents, assisting with litigation matters and court appearances, particularly in the Supreme Court of NSW, and coordinating briefings for counsel and experts.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will have a between 4 and 6 years post admission experience in commercial or property litigation within a private practice setting.
