Position Description

The firm’s Melbourne office is now looking to recruit a TMT Lawyer/ Senior Associate into its busy team as a result of growth.

The role will see you working with senior members of the Melbourne team, in areas of technology and telecommunications, outsourcing, intellectual property and procurement matters. The prestigious client-based will include both government bodies and corporates in a broad range of industries.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have between 4-8 years’ post admission experience in the area of TMT, preferably gained within a mid or top-tier, or international law firm.

In addition to this, you will:

• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Have an ability to develop and foster long term client relationships;
• Have an ability to work in a team and autonomously;
• Be focused on delivering commercially sound and cost effective solutions; and
• Have experience mentoring and delegating to junior lawyers.
