We represent one of Australia’s leading national law firms, who is looking for an experienced lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution & Litigation team.
The Team
You will be working closely with a highly regarded Partner, who is renowned for their litigation expertise. The wider team’s work spans a variety of areas, including corporate disputes, regulatory investigations, property and commercial conflicts, civil penalty cases, judicial reviews, and advisory roles for government agencies and corporate clients.
The Role
The successful candidate will have direct client interaction and collaborate with the national team on a significant Commonwealth Government matter, offering exposure to high-profile, large-scale disputes.
You will manage high-profile matters, particularly those involving government-related cases, and provide strategic, clear legal advice that aligns with client objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of post-admission experience, currently at the senior associate level (or close to it). You will have significant experience in commercial litigation, with a strong background in managing general commercial disputes. Experience in government-related disputes, investigations, or regulatory matters is advantageous but not essential.
