The opportunity
  
An immediate opportunity is available for a Senior Associate with extensive ER/IR expertise to join the in-house legal team on an initial 6-month contract. This role will involve delivering legal support on various employment and industrial relations matters, with a key focus on several industrial relations projects across the organization.
  
Requirements
  
You will be an employment, industrial relations lawyer with at least  3+ years' PAE.

In addition, you will:
  
· Have strong negotiation skills;
· Have the ability to build and foster strong client relationships; and
· Be adaptable, flexible and commercial in your approach.
