The Commercial Litigation Team

You will work closely with senior partners on a diverse range of commercial disputes, including corporate and commercial disputes, insurance, building and construction, property and strata title issues, finance, intellectual property, defamation, and competition and consumer law matters. The role offers exposure to high-profile matters and a collaborative environment.

The Role 

Working with the senior partners, you will manage and progress litigation cases, provide high-quality legal advice, draft legal documents, and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders. The role offers exposure to high-profile matters in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements 

You will be a lawyer or associate with between 3-5 years of broad commercial litigation experience.

Additionally, you will have: 

• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach to work
• The ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision
