The Role There is a fantastic opportunity for a
Senior Associate to join the Brisbane office.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of employment, industrial relations and WHS matters, with a particular focus on the state and local government, resources, and transport sectors.
This includes advice on awards and enterprise bargaining, industrial relations, equal opportunity, unfair and wrongful dismissals, contracts of employment, restraints of trade, protection of confidential information and intellectual property rights, risk management, workplace safety, and training.

Requirements To be successful, you will be a lawyer at Senior Associate level with at least
5 years' PAE in employment law.
In addition, you will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and commercial awareness
- Confidence in building strong relationships with clients and team members;
- An ability to work well both autonomously and as a part of a close-knit team; and
- Genuine passion for building your career and developing your skills in the area of employment relations and safety.
