Position Description
 
Due to a member of the team moving in house to a client, the Sydney office is now looking for a talented litigation lawyer to join their well-regarded tier one disputes team.
 
You will be working alongside a number of highly partners and regularly work on large and complex matters.

You can expect to have exposure to disputes including:

• corporations and contractual;
• competition and antitrust;
• class actions;
• consumer protection; and
• corporate and regulatory.

The role will involve a large amount of direct client contact and would suit someone who is comfortable mentoring and directing more junior lawyers.
 
Key Requirements
 
The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years' post admission experience from another leading litigation practice, ideally within the Australian market.

In addition, you will have:

• an excellent academic background from a reputable university;
• an ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships;
• excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail; and
• strong technical skills
