We represent a leading boutique firm in Sydney who specialises in managing large-scale and complex commercial and corporate litigation.
The Team
Our client's litigation team is lead by two highly regarded and experienced lawyers, known for their expertise in handling significant pieces of litigation often heard in the Supreme, Federal and High Courts.
Their enviable client base includes a mix of corporate and high net worth individuals. The team are frequently involved in matters involving alleged breaches of the Corporations Act, white-collar crime, commercial property, financial services and insolvency.
Due to a strong pipeline of work, our client is currently seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience to join their team.
The Role
This role will see you working in the Sydney office alongside Partners and industry-leading Counsel that have experience which is second-to-none.
You will be responsible for liaising directly with clients, counterparts and barristers on a range of high value disputes, and take a leading role in progressing litigation while being supported by senior and junior staff.
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have a strong litigation background from a high performing team. Ideally you will need at least 3 years of post admission experience in commercial litigation.
