Working with clients ranging from start-ups to ASX-listed companies, government entities, and research institutions across sectors like biotechnology, IT, fashion, resources, and agriculture, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing files from initiation to completion.
- Conducting trade mark searches and drafting reports.
- Prosecuting trade mark applications.
- Handling due diligence, oppositions, and infringement matters.
- Conducting design searches and registrations.
- Providing advice on trade marks and broader IP issues.
