This is an exciting opportunity to step into a 12-month parental leave cover, supporting a senior Partner and a team of lawyers.   The role offers exposure to a dynamic team environment and the chance to be involved in fast-paced, high-stakes work.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing calendars and inboxes for the Partner and team.
  • Handling monthly billing processes and managing accounts reports.
  • Organising and maintaining documents and files across multiple matters.
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating travel, including flights and accommodation.
  • Assisting with e-filing and general administrative tasks as required.
About You: You’re a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with at least 4+ years experience as a Legal Assistant within a mid or top-tier law firm, ideally in Commercial Disputes or Intellectual Property.
  • It goes without saying that you'll know your way around Legal Practice Management software and monthly billing.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities - this is crucial.
  • Work well under-pressure and have an unflappable nature.
  • A positive, self-motivated approach and the desire to thrive in a high-performing team.
