The Team

The firm's Real Estate team advises some of the industry’s most prominent players on the full spectrum of real estate transactions. From acquisition and development to leasing, joint ventures, and financing, the team handles every stage of the property life cycle. Their expertise spans across complex deals, with a commercial, forward-thinking approach to delivering tailored solutions for clients.

The Role 

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of complex corporate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, urban renewal, joint ventures, and real estate funds.

You will be working closely with experienced partners, with the opportunity to work on behalf of developers, investors, and real estate funds, providing strategic advice on structuring, tax optimisation, fundraising, asset management, and exit strategies. This is a great chance to be involved in high-profile deals with clients across a broad range of sectors.

Requirements 
 
The successful applicant will be a Senior Associate with 7+ PAE and have corporate and real estate experience.
 
The team are looking for a motivated and senior lawyer who is eager to gain experience across a diverse range of corporate real estate matters and help support the wider team.
