We represent a team that manages an extensive array of disputes across various industry sectors, including property, government, media, and technology advising on retail and commercial leasing, property disputes, corporate conflicts, regulatory investigations, and insolvency proceedings, offering comprehensive legal guidance to navigate complex challenges.
  
The Role
  
This role will see you mainly focus on property disputes advising Australian and foreign clients on complex and challenging commercial litigation matters.
  
You will work on disputes arising out of property acquisitions and disposals, property development and joint ventures, infrastructure projects, master-planned developments, and leasing.
  
Requirements
  
The ideal candidate will be a senior level disputes lawyer, with experience in property disputes within a well-regarded litigation practice.
  
In addition, the successful candidate will:

• Have expertise in diverse property disputes, including developer and government cases, alongside proficiency in insolvency and general commercial conflicts.
• Have an ability to maintain strong client relationships
• Thrive as a self-starting collaborator, showing genuine interest in firm establishment.
• Have experience in delegation, research, and drafting skills.
