We represent a leading boutique law firm in Australia that is expanding and is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Building & Construction practice.
The Team and Role
The successful applicant will be working within the Building & Construction team, you will work closely with respected partners on a diverse range of matters.
The role caters to a diverse range of clients, including large corporations, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, local councils, and government entities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-admission experience in the construction sector and possess the following qualities:

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-admission experience in the construction sector and possess the following qualities:
- Strong technical legal skills and a genuine interest in the construction and infrastructure industry
- Have a solid understanding of standard construction contracts, including those from Australian Standards, NSW Government, the Master Builders Association, Housing Industry Association, and the Australian Building Industry Contracts series.
- A client-centric approach with a clear understanding of commercial drivers
- Excellent drafting and communication abilities
- Quick to adapt and learn new concepts independently
