The Role and Team 

The Banking and Finance team is seeking a lawyer with a proven background in transactional work within a commercial law firm. The team advises non-bank lenders, private lenders, and corporate borrowers on a wide range of domestic and international financing transactions, including:

• Acquisition finance
• Corporate finance
• Project and construction finance
• Real estate finance
• Asset finance
• Peer-to-peer lending

Requirements 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 1-2 years’ post-admission experience within a banking and finance practice.
• A passion for fast-paced, transactional work and a keen attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A commercially focused, creative, and lateral thinking approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to manage complex and technically challenging matters.
