The Team

The Intellectual Property (IP) team provides tailored, strategic advice to help businesses identify, protect, and enforce their valuable intellectual property assets. Offering a comprehensive range of services, the team handles IP protection, enforcement, and commercialisation of patents, trademarks, and copyrights, with extensive experience in complex, often cross-border, IP litigation. 

The Role 

The firm is seeking a motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join the IP litigation team. The successful candidate will work closely with a leading IP Partner, specialising in contentious IP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, brand protection, trade secrets, and portfolio management.

Requirements 

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in IP litigation, with a particular focus on patent litigation, advisory work, and commercialisation. You will also possess:

• Excellent drafting and technical skills
• Strong client relationship management abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills
• A keen interest in technology and innovation
