The Role

The successful candidate will collaborate with a seasoned Partner who specialises in cross-border equity and debt capital markets transactions throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions within the capital markets sector.

Requirements

The firm is seeking a candidate with 1-4 years of post-admission experience in banking and finance from a leading law firm. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Exceptional academic credentials
• Clear, concise communication abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset with solid commercial acumen
