The Team

The Role
The successful candidate will be an integral part of a market-leading team, working on high-profile international cases and navigating multifaceted competition law issues. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in competition and restrictive trade practices law, providing strategic legal advice on complex matters and litigation.
You will work closely with senior partners and leverage your experience to address intricate regulatory and competition law challenges across key sectors, including access regimes for rail, ports, intermodal and automotive terminals, and the National Broadband Network—Australia's largest infrastructure project.
Requirements The successful candidate will have
a minimum of 4 years post admission experience in the Competition law space. Additionally, you will have:
- An ability to effectively manage larger matters and lead teams.
- An ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks.
- A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks.
- Strong drafting , negotiation and communication skills
- Interpersonal and client relationship management capabilities
