The Team
Our clients Competition practice provide a wide array of services, including top-tier competition advice and litigation support. The team adopts a comprehensive approach to challenges in both concentrated and diverse markets, such as technology, infrastructure, telecommunications, transportation and retail. Their work involves managing ACCC investigations and enforcement actions, resolving commercial disputes, and tackling the growing number of class action cases.
The Role
The successful candidate will be an integral part of a market-leading team, working on high-profile international cases and navigating multifaceted competition law issues. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in competition and restrictive trade practices law, providing strategic legal advice on complex matters and litigation.
You will work closely with senior partners and leverage your experience to address intricate regulatory and competition law challenges across key sectors, including access regimes for rail, ports, intermodal and automotive terminals, and the National Broadband Network—Australia's largest infrastructure project.
Requirements
