The Team

You will be working as a key member of the Finance and Capital Markets team. Offering market-leading solutions, the practice covers debt, equity, securitisation, derivatives and structured finance. 

The Role
 
This role will see you working alongside 4 Partners, with varying specialities within the Banking & Finance space.

You will handle complex, cross-border transactions, draft and negotiate high-quality legal documents, and collaborate with colleagues at all levels. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, cutting-edge environment with a strong reputation in the Capital Markets sector, focusing on Securitisation, Debt Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Structured Finance.

Requirements

The team are seeking an admitted lawyer with 3+ years post admission experience in general finance, securitisation, DCM or structured finance. 

Additionally, you will have: 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• An ability to adapt to the working styles of different partners;
• A desire to work on large-scale matters in a fast paced environment;
• An ability to articulate and negotiate effectively; and
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior lawyers is a plus
