We are working with a not-for-profit care organisation who are currently in immediate need of a governance lawyer on a contractual basis. With a strong team, you will work closely with, and report to the General Counsel and Company Secretary.
  
Position Description
  
On offer is the opportunity to join this leading company as a Governance for an initial 4 month term, on a contractual basis.   
  
The role will see you assisting with general corporate governance responsibilities, as well as assist with managing 50+ executives.

Requirements

Seeking a governance lead to streamline processes for a new entity, managing registers, policies, and board structures while liaising with directors and the business.

The successful applicant will have:

• strong governance background;
• excellent understanding of corporate governance issues (both at policy and implementation level),
• experience in liaising and building effective relationships with non-executive directors, executives and other senior internal business partners and regulators.
