About the role:
- Diary & email management
- Preparing and organising documents required for court
- Travel management, including organisation of staff travel and
- Timesheet entry and preparation of monthly billing
- Filing and archiving of documents
- Edit and prepare documents and correspondence for both external and internal stakeholders
- General ad hoc administration duties
- Core hours: 8:30am-5pm
About you - 3+ years experience as a legal secretary, ideally with litigation secretarial experience
- Tech Savvy: confident in MS Suite, as well as billing and document management systems
- Aderant experience would be ideal!
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with multiple and conflicting deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and adapt quickly to new environments and people
- Need to be available to work Monday to Friday in the office
