The Team
The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and highly skilled Disputes team, known for their practical, solution-focused approach. The team handles complex litigation matters and offers a wide range of services, including arbitration, debt recovering and insolvency, conciliation, mediation and court proceedings.
The Role
This role will involve managing diverse and complex cases, with a particular focus on bankruptcy and corporate insolvency. You will play an active role in all aspects of these matters and have the unique opportunity to provide expert advice and representation to clients across a variety of industries.
Requirements The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years post-admission experience, with a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Confidence in engaging with clients and witnesses, including conducting affidavits and taking witness statements.
- Exceptional drafting skills for correspondence, legal advice, and court documents.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously on matters, while receiving supervision and guidance from Principals.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
