Our client is looking for a confident HR Advisor/Consultant ready for the next step in their career, in a role that offers clear path to HR Business Partner. You will be responsible for managing your own allocated practice areas, in a 360 HR role.

About the role: - Be responsible for your own practice areas
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Accurate record keeping of employees’ personnel files and records
- Prepare and edit contract addendums, ad hoc employment change letters and other correspondence
- Support the Head of HR with projects and change management
- Manage various programs including; Graduate program & L+D
- Manage the full recruitment process on a range of roles
- Provide guidance for HR issues and questions
- Work closely with business leaders and build strong professional relationships across all offices
- Utilise data & analytics to provide insights to business leaders
- Assist and provide guidance to the HR Administrator
- General HR administration and reporting
About you: - Demonstrated administrative experience & a passion for growth in Human Resources
- 5+ years of experience in HR (ideally in LEGAL or a professional services environment)
- Tech Savvy (HR software a must ideally ELMO)
- Strong organisational and planning skills to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with ability to think outside of the box and problem solve
- Pride yourself on your ability to build strong professional relationships
- Impressive attention to detail is a MUST for this role
- Enjoy a laugh with your colleagues
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
