Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel with strong construction experience to join an expanding team and organisation for an initial 3 month contract. This opportunity is within a global leader in sustainable building solutions. 
   
The Role
   
In this role, you will provide practical and commercially focused legal advice to support business operations. Your work will encompass a broad range of legal matters.
  
Day to day you will be responsible for:

• drafting, reviewing, and advising on a wide variety of legal matters;
• delivering timely and accurate legal advice on a diverse range of issues in a dynamic environment;
• applying a strong understanding of the organisation’s risk appetite when providing legal guidance;
• collaborating with colleagues across the business and other functions to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes. 

Requirements
   
Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel with 5-10 years PAE level lawyer. In addition, the ideal candidate is likely to have:

• Strong legal and commercial acumen.
• Resilient, pragmatic, and capable of working independently.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
