He is particularly sought after for his highly developed market knowledge, expansive network and great recall, in addition to his straight talking and ability to think outside of the box.

Andrew co-founded Montgomery Advisory in 2014 as a disruptive startup in the legal recruitment landscape, offering a relationship-driven, candidate-centric solution to the market, globally. Montgomery has grown to become the largest legal recruitment team in the country and boasts 25+ employees based in offices across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, London and Glasgow.
By way of background, Andrew began his legal recruitment career at a major global recruitment company, before being instrumental in establishing the growth of an Australian-based recruitment business’s legal recruitment arm. Before his career in recruitment, he worked as a lawyer at a top-tier Australian commercial law firm after graduating from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing).
