Becc specialises in talent acquisition for legal temporary and contracting engagements. Her experience extends across various legal specialties across both the public and private sectors.
With the desire to relocate from Canberra, and broaden her service offering, Becc found herself in Sydney joining Montgomery Advisory, specifically Montgomery Edge to assist in the contracting space. Becc joins with over 13 years of experience, where she brings her passion for candidate and client centricity. With her strong interpersonal skills, Becc focuses on building strong and trusting relationships providing honesty and transparency in her work.
Becc began her recruiting career in a boutique law firm, where she provided contract resourcing solutions to Federal Government. She developed her skills and quickly progressed to leading a team of three consultants, helping establish the firm’s reputation among large federal government agencies. Prior to this, Becc worked in large retailers, and law firms and has been able to draw upon this diverse experience to deliver strategic solutions to resourcing challenges.
