Before his recruitment career, Ravi built up a wealth of experience in sales, marketing and business development across various roles.
Ravi recruits legal professionals at all levels across a range of law firm and in-house environments. He recruits for top-tier, mid-tier, international, and boutique law firms as well as blue chip and ASX listed companies.
Additionally, Ravi recruits across a wide range of practice areas including, corporate (mergers and acquisitions, governance), banking and finance, commercial disputes and insolvency, funds management, insurance, construction, employment, energy & resources, environment & planning, financial services and regulatory, government/administrative, information technology, intellectual property, projects, property, taxation, family law, and wills and estates.
Ravi values all his respective relationships (both clients and candidates) and understands the key attributes and experience necessary to be successful within the legal profession. His long-term approach to building relationships has resulted in him developing a keen eye for matching the very best legal talent with the right legal career opportunity.
Outside of recruitment, Ravi enjoys spending time with his family and is a sports tragic with an undying love for Cricket, AFL, Formula 1, NBA, NFL and Golf.
