Tiffany is a Manager at Montgomery Advisory, specialising in advising law firms on recruitment across Australia and working alongside lawyers at all levels to strategically develop their careers.
As a former lawyer with experience in various practice areas, she has a nuanced understanding of the legal profession and an appreciation of the unique needs of law firms, which she integrates into her recruitment approach. By way of background, Tiffany holds Bachelor’s degrees in law and communications (majoring in journalism) and has worked within the legal industry for over 6 years. Prior to joining Montgomery Advisory in mid-2020, Tiffany practised as a commercial litigation and insolvency lawyer within a leading boutique firm in Sydney, where she acted as a trusted advisor to corporate directors, insolvency practitioners, and high net worth individuals.
